Sweden Fiscalization for Dynamics 365 Commerce
Frontline Tech’s Sweden Fiscalization solution enables retailers operating in Sweden to integrate local fiscal requirements directly into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce.
The solution connects Store Commerce with the CleanCash Type A control unit through the local Hardware Station. Fiscalization runs automatically as part of the normal POS workflow, while CleanCash fiscal information is linked to the corresponding commerce transaction and made available in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for traceability.
The current solution supports CleanCash Type A, with support for additional Swedish control units planned for future releases.
Key features & benefits
Seamless CleanCash fiscal integration
Connects Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce with the CleanCash Type A control unit through the local Hardware Station, embedding Swedish fiscalization into the normal Store Commerce workflow.
Swedish fiscal receipt information
CleanCash fiscal control code and register/device information are returned through the fiscal integration and included on the applicable POS receipt.
Swedish X and Z reporting
Supports Swedish fiscal X and Z reporting as part of the Store Commerce shift and end-of-day processes.
Cumulative grand totals
Supports Sweden-specific cumulative Sales Grand Total, Returns Grand Total and Net Grand Total reporting across shifts.
Receipt-copy handling
Supports the Swedish fiscal handling and audit requirements for receipt copies without creating an unintended duplicate sales transaction.
Fiscal transaction traceability
Fiscal registration information is linked to the corresponding commerce transaction and synchronized to Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations for traceability.

What’s not included
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce licensing.
- Customer-specific commerce processes or integrations outside the agreed Sweden fiscalization scope.
- CleanCash hardware or associated third-party licensing.
- Alternative Swedish control-unit integrations outside the currently supported CleanCash Type A architecture.
Customer responsibilities
- Maintain the required Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce environment and licensing.
- Procure, configure and maintain the required CleanCash Type A control unit and associated third-party components.
Frontline Tech provides the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce implementation and CleanCash integration, but does not provide or resell fiscal hardware or associated third-party licensing.
Support for additional Swedish control units is planned for future releases.
Built on Microsoft standards
The solution is designed to interoperate with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce and uses the standard Commerce fiscal integration framework together with Store Commerce, the local Hardware Station and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
This keeps Swedish fiscalization integrated with the retailer’s existing Microsoft commerce architecture while maintaining fiscal transaction information and traceability within Dynamics 365.
